Sharing Light and Love!
A team of our missionaries at Abundant Life Global Outreach gathered with our friends at Brookdale Senior Living Community to share an afternoon of fellowship while creating Christmas luminaries. We were able to purchase the materials needed for the crafts and help them create a holiday keepsake.
The seniors were able to choose the embellishments they liked the best and put their creative touches on their projects! There was plenty of laughter and comraderie at the tables as they shared stories and conversation. They expressed how much fun they had and how they hoped we'd be returning next month... so we're working on that! We also had a chance to visit the raised bed garden that we provided plants for back in September, and were thrilled at how full it is now of gorgeous flowers!
ALGO family THanksgiving
It was our annual "Family Thanksgiving Dinner" this month... and what a feast it was! We were blessed to be provided with a space to meet as we came together, potluck-style, and thanked God for another year of being together and the many blessings He's provided for each of us. We're also thankful for all of our donors, prayer partners, and supporters! We're grateful for you!
